Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:
- Return shipping labels are only provided if the return is due to our fault (for example: defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
- If the customer purchased the wrong item or wishes to return the product for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will provide the appropriate return address.

Shipping Damage Policy
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If a product is damaged during transit/shipping, the customer must file a claim directly with USPS for reimbursement. Since shipments are covered under shipping/trade assurance protection, USPS is responsible for compensating transit-related damages.
To avoid duplicate reimbursements, we do not issue separate refunds for items damaged during shipping if a USPS claim can be filed. This policy prevents situations where both the seller refund and USPS insurance claim are received for the same order.
We will, however, assist customers by providing any necessary shipping documents or information required for the USPS claim process.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, incorrect, or there is another issue unrelated to shipping transit damage, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition — unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
